about

We often over look the small details in our day to day lives, more often then not it’s of little consequence However, noticing that a passport is out of date with only a day before you are due to tour France is a bit of a problem. So on a wet Wednesday in March 2010 I recieved a call From Michael Carey, enquiring if I’d like to join him on tour. Filled with excitment I said “Yes, when is it?” He Said “Meet me tomorrow in dublin airport at 2..” Having never met, rehearsed or even discussed setlists we took to the stage  that Thursday night, and we have been playing and performing together ever since.

JOSEPH GIBSON

Apprehensive as to whether or not this wee man from Donegal would be up to the task, I took a chance and went for. Thankfully after a little jam during the sound check I was able to relax, He was definitely up to it.
